GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
1. BASIC PROVISIONS
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the Seller:
Motorsport Legends a.s., with its registered office at Rohanské nábřeží 657/7, 186 00 Prague 8, ID
No. (IČ): 14445476, VAT No. (DIČ): CZ14445476, registered in the Commercial Register maintained
by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 27197 (hereinafter the “Seller”), and the Buyer
when purchasing via the E-shop.

1.3. These GTC are drafted in accordance with Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil
Code.
1.4. These GTC govern mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or based on a
purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the e-shop website (hereinafter
the “Purchase Contract”).
1.5. The Buyer acknowledges the obligation to provide correct and truthful personal data and to
inform the Seller of any changes without undue delay.
1.6. The Seller may unilaterally change or supplement these GTC. Rights and obligations are
governed by the version of the GTC effective on the date the Purchase Contract was concluded.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. “Seller”: An entrepreneur acting within their business activity.
2.2. “Buyer”: A natural or legal person who may act as a consumer or an entrepreneur.
2.2.1. “Consumer Buyer”: A person who does not act within their business activity. Legal relations
are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
2.2.2. “Entrepreneur Buyer”: A person acting within their business or professional activity. Legal
relations are governed by the Civil Code.
2.3. “E-shop”: The online store operated at www.motorsportlegends.eu.
3. ORDER AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
3.1. Orders can be placed via the E-shop, email, or telephone.
3.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of delivery and billing data.
3.3. All orders placed by the Buyer are binding and irrevocable proposals to conclude a Purchase
Contract. The Buyer may cancel an order via email to info@motorsportlegends.eu within 60
minutes of submission.
3.4. The Purchase Contract is concluded at the moment the Order Confirmation is delivered to the
Buyer's email.
3.5. The Seller reserves the right to refuse/not accept an order in cases of:
a) Demand exceeding available stock;
b) Misleading, incorrect, or incomplete data;
c) Previous breach of obligations by the Buyer;
d) Incorrectly displayed prices on the website;
e) Significant change in the price from the Seller's supplier;
f) Failure to meet AML requirements;
g) Any other reason.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
4.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay the total price (including shipping, packaging, or COD fees)
immediately for online payments or within 7 days for bank transfers.
4.2. Contractual Penalty: If the Buyer fails to pay for a confirmed order within 30 days, the Seller is
entitled to withdraw from the contract, and the Buyer is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of
50% of the price of the ordered goods. Payment of the penalty does not affect the Seller's right to
claim further damages.
4.3. Ownership is transferred to the Buyer upon full payment and receipt of the goods.
4.4. Storage Fee: If the Buyer fails to take over the goods within 3 business days of notification, the
Seller may store the goods at the Buyer's expense. Storage is free for the first 6 days. Thereafter, a
fee of 6,600 CZK per day (or part thereof) will be charged.
4.5. No Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer acknowledges that under Section 1837 (b) of the Civil Code,
there is no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason if the price
of the goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market (investment gold and silver).
5. PRICE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
5.1. Investment gold coins are VAT-exempt. Prices for silver coins and other goods include VAT.
5.2. Price Fixation: The price of investment precious metals depends on financial market
movements. The price is fixed at the moment the Buyer submits the order.
5.3. For deliveries outside the EU, the Seller is entitled to increase the price by the statutory
customs duty.
5.4. Goods are shipped via DHL Express and are subject to its terms of carriage.
6. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
6.1. Accessories: A 24-month warranty is provided for numismatic accessories (cases, capsules,
etc.).
6.2. Precious Metals: The purity of investment coins is guaranteed by the mint/state or
hallmarking. Due to their nature (market dependency), they are not subject to standard quality
warranties.
6.3. Complaints must be sent to: reklamace@motorsportlegends.eu.
7. AML (ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING) MEASURES
7.1. The Seller is an “obligated person” under Act No. 253/2008 Sb. The Buyer must provide
cooperation for identification (for transactions exceeding 1,000 EUR).
7.2. The Seller must refuse a transaction if the Buyer refuses identification or if there is suspicion of
money laundering.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Governing Law: Laws of the Czech Republic.
8.2. Out-of-court dispute resolution: Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz). 8.3. These GTC are
effective from March 2, 2026.
